The state wants everyone to file online this year. Practice forms may be available by calling them or online, but they do not have the staff to process paper. Their page has just been updated: http://www.ksrevenue.org/formsii.htm
This will have a major impact on us and it will be beneficial for us to take a look at the information on the archive.

Pursue wellness in the workplace with tools available at a website developed as an ALA initiative. A wellness inventory and wellness passport focus on seven aspects of wellness: physical, social, environmental, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational.
